I am also in same noc.I got the med request and pp request from NDVO.I have a query,if anyone help me i will be thankful.At the starting i pay the application fee(C$ 550) to CIO.Now there are asking RPRF fees(C$ 490).Again i have to pay the processing fee as well as RPRF fee or Should i pay only RPRF fee only.Please anybody help me whether i should pay Processing fee or RPRF fee because the link of the chc website, in the RPRF section it shows as belows

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.
I think you have to pay RPRF only .

The following applicants are not required to pay the RPRF:

dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild;protected persons, including Convention refugees.

Please anyone can tell who had snd the MR ,PP and RPRF

I have seen in one of the threads that one or two have, however not in 4131 Noc, one of them was 0213.

NOC 4131
medical received on 8 nov.
medical done on 14 nov.
documents sent to CIC on 24 NOV.

Decision made on 12, Feb, 2013...

Congratulations to u and best of luck for the future Mr.Indian143 and other members.I want to know those who have completed MR and RPRF ans send their MR and RPRF to CHC,New delhi,I want to know that i have to pay the RPRF fees,the DD in canadian dollars (C$490) or to convert the C$ into indian rupees.Please guide me and wish all the members who got MR and RPRF to get visa soon.

Hello Satnak, my e cas says.... "We received your application for pr on april 8 2010. We reviewed your application n sent you a letter on june 10 2010. Please consider delays......... Your application n supporting documents were receive by new delhi office. They are pending review. .... We have transferred your application to new delhi office on June 23 2010. They may contact you....in process from feb 15 2012'' Does that make my second aor june 23 2010? I haven't orders CAIPS or GCMS but sent a query for status 40 days ago. They havnt replied yet

If you do not receive the separate instructions within 48 hours or if you have any difficulties opening the attached documents, please advise us by reply to this email.

requested doc.s in the attachment:

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate
New PCCS if the copies on file are more than 12 months old.

IMM 0008 Application: A completed Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)With updated information

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature for You and all accompanying dependants over the age of 18.

Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures For you and all accompanying deps over the age of 18.

RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for you and spouse if not already paid
Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the
specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) Threee (3) udpated photos for all.

Travel History: Proof of travel history for you and deps over the age of 18.
Mailing Address within India. Note for residents of Nepal: As of February 1, 2013, the Canadian Cooperation Office, Kathmandu will no longer forward immigration
applications to the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi. Immigration applicants in Nepal are directed to our Visa Application Centre for application submission.

I am from Hyderabad - India, now my questions?

1. How to do medicals ? do i have to wait for the email in next 48hrs or book the appointment based on the attachment of required doc.s

2. I have already sent my wife's notarized educational doc.s in the past, do i need to send them again the notarized copies or just the photocopies

3. Best way to obtain PCC in Hyderabad

4. what shud be the minimum validity period on the passport, as my wife's passport is expiring in 11 months

5. Best places to undergo medicals in hyderabad, please help me with the contact details of the center if someone did recently
