I applied under FSW2 (Arranged employment in Canada Post studies)

MEDICAL LINE ON ecas APRIL 2013 - TILL DATE NO PPR - VISA OFFICE - NDVO - AM AWARE OF STRIKE TOO

MY QUESTION :

MY REPRESENTATIVE I FILLED MY APPLICATION WITH ISN'T IN GOOD TERMS WITH ME ANYMORE FOR SOME REASON - I AM deciding to file for cancelling a representative

a) How do I do it
b) Does it affect my file
c) Can the Representative do somethng to my PR file due to this by transmitting any wrong info etc - I am just tensed
d) What if the Representative has received a passport request for me and has missed the email from Embassy - is there any other way to find out -

It's simple and you need to fill the same form as appointing an agent, except you need to tick appropriate box for removing his authorisation and mail to CHC.

Consultants can't do anything bad about ur case as they act nothing more than a courier agency. Even I had initially sought their services but later revoked.

Regarding knowing if there has been any comm from CHC, the best option is to order CAIPS/GCMS notes

Friends, Have you heard anyone from NDVO getting VISA stamped recently? Has any consultants said anything.

Looks like NDVO has not done any PR VISA stamping. Getting very anxious.

I just happen to talk with my consultant regarding PR Visas.

I do not want to spread panic & I also do not believe blindly on their words but the lady told me that presently they are receiving very few PR Visas that too of people who had sent documents & passports in Feb/Mar 2013.

For my file (docs & ppts sent in june 2013) she said I may have to wait for 5 - 6 months i.e. till the end of this year looking at the present trend but she added that things will obviously speed-up if the strike is over.
