By the grace of God our PPTs and COPR is received yesterday by my consultant...

Got a call from my consultant in evening....

I found too many mistakes in my GCMS.

I am FSW2 applicant but, it shows SW1.

My application type should be Arranged employment but, it shows Ministerial Instructions.

Medicals, RPRF, PCC, PPT all submitted but still shows Criminality, Security not started.

They created my my file in GCMS from CAIPS in June 2013 and looks like the operator made hell lot of mistakes there.

Shall I write to CIC stating that, I ordered GCMS and I found these mistakes so, they better be careful while processing my appication

Even in my case no checks performed as i get from CAIPS, also it says waiting for medicals though med was done months ago. I wrote to them earlier n will do today again. You should do the same, else the blame would come upon you. If you keep asking them for the receipt of all that we sent n they dont reply, the fault is not considered as yours.

Hi Friends,

I need your valuable advice for my situation.

My husband is the Primary Applicant – submitted on 6th May 2010.

We were blessed with a baby in December 2012 but we did not update it to the Canadian Embassy until we received our medicals.

We received our Medicals on 6th June 2013 (Including Spouse medicals).

In the email, they specifically mentioned the below:
Note: If you have additional dependents not listed above, please have them undergo
medical exams and advise our office immediately. In addition to the other documents listed
below, you will have to provide for each new dependent:
Marriage Certificate (if adding a spouse to your file)
Birth Certificate(s)
Processing fees – See link below
Right of Permanent Residence Fees (if adding a spouse to your file) – See link below
Proof of spouse's education (if adding a spouse to your file)
Pictures of your wedding ceremony and reception, as well as post marriage pictures
of you and your spouse (if adding a spouse to your file)

On advice of our consultant, we did medicals for 3 of us (Primary Applicant, Spouse and Child) on 17th June, 2013.

We updated all forms once again and submitted PCCs, Medicals and Passports to NDVO on 8th July 2013.

On 25th of July, we received another email from CIC requesting for Medicals only for our daughter.
In August, we replied to delhi-im-enquiry at international.gc.ca giving all details with scanned attachments of our acknowledgment received for medical exams.

My Questions:
1. Is the email address I replied correct? Or should I have sent the email to DELHI-IMMIGRATION at international.gc.ca address?
2. If there is any other email addresses that I should have sent instead of the one I mentioned above?
3. Should I send hard copy as well with all the document once again?
4. Should I raise a Case Specific Enquiry – New Delhi (//dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi)
5. There is no Medical received line updated still. Is this a cause of concern?
6. Whom should I follow up with and how should I follow up?
7. Will applying for CAIPS on Visafile (visafile.info) helpful?

Greatly appreciate your help.

My e-Cas changed to DM on 15th September 2013. My Visa stamped date on the Passport is 12th September 2013. So, I am thinking, after Visa stamped on PP only then the ecas status changes to DM.
