Yesterday one of my fren named Dipak Pudasaini who has sent his medical on NOV 30 2012 along with me has got an Emal from NDVO requesting updated POF.There was no any request of POF while getting MR email in NOV 8 2012. Can we conclude that till this phase NDVO can request for others documents also? If so, it could be really a pleading problem.
