Dear all, My medical will expire in last week of april. but till now i have not receive my PP with visa. in my GCMS no reason for this long delay. is there any chance i got my visa before medical expiry or they gave me medical extention or remedical? plz reply.

Hi Amanpreet, I sympathize ur condition, i believe u r the only person waiting the most period for visas, it terrible on part of NDVO by not communicating with u, atleast a candidate like u deserve a reasoning / reply atleast, hve u mailed csq/got reply?? Or else I think u need to wait for them to cme back and ask for a remedical, it is then tht u can ask them to explain why ur ppts wr on hold 4 long, NDVO has a one way communication policy which is actyally non democcratic!!!

dear amitsmeet i mailed CSE to ndvo in feb 13. but no reply . then i applied for GCMS in march & got mu GCMS on 25 days . in my gcms , no any reason for delay. i also sent them again CSE on 2 april but no response from then till now.

amanpreet, if ur gcms is clear, the only reason can b security checks, do u have prolonged travel history/ chg places in india itself' amongst states, or any crim record??

i have not any travel history. no change places in india. and no crim history. i goes to police station(in my life) only for one time for pcc. ha ha ha .... Also in my GCMS crimality status is passed.

amanpreet..my case is same like u. my PP was received by NDVO on 15th July 2012. No changes in ecas. I sent 2 Case Sp. inquiries on 4th feb and 12th march,,still no response...

Dear Sharmilas My case is also same like you I send my medicals on 16th July but till date no changes in E-case no response of csq's except one mail on 28th Feb. (This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue the processing of your application,
you are requested to provide ALL of the following:
1. Please provide your mailing address in India).I think my consultant didn't update his Indian mailing address while submitting my passports. Is there any thing positive you guys find in this mail?

Hi I am PNP applicant, got nominated in January 2012, ndvo received my file in Feb 2012, got med & ppr in July 2012, as I was in canada on work permit so I requested for 2nd ppr at final stage so got the same in sept 2012, came back to India for passport submission in 1st week of oct 2012 and still waiting....

hi senior members pls advise me i decided to land on june.but because of some reasons i have to come back after a month.i m main applicant .My husband will be stay their n i will again join him after 3 monrths.can i book my return tickets.can it creat any prob at the time of landing.i mean can officers interogate me for return tickets.(tat why i m going back etc etc)
