Hi Kris905,

I am silent watcher to this site, I am having NOC code 0213. I got MR request on 8th Nov,2012; submitted passport on 4th Dec & received request for additional document on 8th Feb 2013 (which supposed to be submitted by 45days time) i.e by 25th March,2013. I had submitted the same on 9th Feb 2013.

Will you please mention what is the date of your letter & how many days allocated for document submission ?

Congrats. When did you submit your POF to NDVO as I submitted on 18th Feb. So, just would analyze the time span for me.

When did urself got the letter for resubmission.
How many days urself got ?

As also earlier i said that if u get time period lets say of 30 or 45 days the VO will pick up ur file at the expiry of the time limit.
as it is tracked by the trackers in their system.

It is the discretion of VO to look into ur file earlier also.

So normally 10 to 15 days after the expiry of the time frame if all is well we get decision made.

I got my email from NDVO on 28 FEB 2013. I submitted the required Docs (including PP) on 12 MAR 2013. Current Status on Ecas is "Medical Reports Received" ("Decision Made" not appears at present). Could you please enlighten how long it will take now.

received by NDVO(STAMP) - 09.02.13 (my 30 days timelimit ends on 27.02.13)

Decision made or Visa received - ?????????????...................................

I THINK MOST OF THEM GOT RESUBMISSION REQUEST LETTER & RESUBMITTED THEIR PP'S AFTER ME,,,,,,,(as per my observation through this forum)

Stage-3: Meds Sent > e-Cas: "Medical Results Recd." > Issue of PPR* > Send Passport/s > Security Check > Visa/s Stamped > e-Cas: "Decision Made" >
*The Meds & PPR are sometimes 'clubbed' together. This is in case of India.

Ur Medicals are cleared & Security Check has started.(Last stage before stamping of the visa).

Security check depends upon Travel History of the applicant.
If no foreign travel & no additional document requirement then within 45 days u would hear good news .
