Hi friends!!
My two friends got their status "Decision Made".... However, my status is as it is "In Process".... We sent medical on the same date..... I had a problem in X-ray.... Active TB (Abnormal).... I heard that medical report that has Abnormal cases is sent to Nova Scotia Canada.. Is this true? How long I have to bear wait? Any friends faced similar problem now or in the past?

today i recieved my passports with aletter stating that
1.Kindly obtain fresh passoprts for yourself as the bio page of your current passport is damaged(ye mere saath hi hona tha?bhejne ke time to mera passport bilkul thik tha)
2.Kindly obtain fresh passoprts for your daughter with her recent photograph.(That thing i was expected)
on reciept of fresh passports,kindly return this form with the requested documents within 30 days.

we will make a decision on your application on the basis of the documents you provide at the time of your submission.

Applicants must provide compolete and truthful information and documents when applying for entry into canada.we veryfy information and documents submitted in support of an application.Your application will be refused if you misrepresent ,provide false or misleading information and documents,or withhold material facts.Further you will not be allowed to vist or travel to Canada for a period of at least two years under the Immigration and Refugee act.
i just want to know is that standared formate? (all those forume members who got fresh passport request for their wards can tell me)

this is stanndard format, dont worry about it. in my case i also recv. the same letter.
apply immdtly and return all of your pp's(including old pp's also) to visa office.
1.pp for yourslef (best apply by tatkal)
2.pp for your child-no need of tatkal.apply through normal.hurry up.

for minor pp pcc not required. so it will take not morethan 2-3 days.even tatkal also the same.within 3-4 days u wil get it in ur hand.

Condition of my present pp(damaged)can cause any problem for issuing new fresh pp.An agent of passport office has told me i could be fined for the damage of passport or could be interogat for why my passport is damage?and cause delay of issuing my passport.is it true?

hi i also face this problem. just apply for fresh passport, check the process by calling passport office. dont listen to ur consultant, may be he expecting money in return.

hi dear, no penalty will be collected for damaged pp.
damaged pp is also one of the reason for reissue of new pp.when u r fill application form u need to mention it.it's given in the form itself.
dont worry about it,move fast..
tatkal it will take 1 week

. Need to correct u, damaged pp will lieved with extra charge of 1500 rupee.
