Got a call from my consultant at 3:30 pm today.....

A MAPLE LEAF FLEW FROM CANADA AND LANDED ON MY PASSPORT

DM was on 29th January.

Am soooooooo happy, finally the prayers have been answered.

I thank all of u who kept me in their prayers and supported me through this though time.

God bless all and may everyone's dreams come true.

Deepak clarified your doubt.

This is clearly mentioned in MR.

My case is different as my kid may cross this deadline if the process is delayed.As on date their is no problem.

It varies from VO to VO.

This is wrong .. i am also in same boat .. my daughter was 3 months old when i send Passport's scanned, now when medicals/Passport request happens she was 10 months.. now she is 1 year 4 months old ..

Do i expect same thing now...??

Yes buddy u guessed it right. Was waiting to release the receipt of visa in my 100th post

This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (replacement or renewal);
applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);

My ip date is May 2012.

INSTEAD OF PUTTING YOUR SIRNAME ENTER YOUR FIRST NAME AND THEN CHECK........
IT MAY WORK......

Have you changed your sirname in your passport recently?
login using that if you have changed while reissuing of passport
1. try to login with old file number allotted to you in 2010
2 Try to login with UCI number if your have it in your CAIPS notes

otherwise it will start working in 2-3 days most probably on Tuesday

Most probably there will be a glad news for you and that is

Hi Friends,

As many others even i am still waiting for MR, pretty confused with the E-Cas status and replies we get for the inquiries we sent. Though it shows in E-cas tht we have sent u a letter on March 2 2012 to my home address never recvd anything till date. Wanna try applying for CAIPS / GCMS not sure which one is appropriate for me and which site is best to approach. Need help in getting my immigration notes, please suggest me the best source. My file no. starts with E not sure if this helps in deciding whether to go for CAIPS /GCMS. Following are my details:

Applied in Apr'2010
NOC 4131 ( NDVO )
1st File No. June'2010
Sent req doc.s in Oct 2010
2nd File No. Mar 2011
In-Process date 2nd March 2012
