Applied cec in feb 2013 got AOR in march med request in June ,we decided to apply our son who is back in Manila for a study permit for I know cec process will take long time (you know parents) and now we just got our pp request the problem is our sons passport is in Canadian embassy in Manila I don't know how to retrieve it in due time .anybody knows how to retrieve a passport and how long it will take we got 60 days to comply we already sent a withdrawal letter.thank you
