Yes, I sent a request to extend the medical exam that expired in January and about three weeks ago I sent a PDF with all the new information/events happened since we submitted the file, we got a reply for the medical saying that a request was submitted to IRCC and last week we got an emails saying that the updated information was added to our file.
did you put photos etc, to support your new information and events? I think I’m going to do it

Yes, I included photos, financial support, communication records, all the events that happened after we sent the application package.

Usually after Eligibility the final Security part will start. and then if all is completed. (if criminilality, medical is valid) -> PPR

I dont think they will ask for a renewal ... would have done beforehand still with Mexico we never know
Patvicto,
Thanks for your support.
I am thinking I might ask my wife to get a new police check as it takes forever in Cuba to get anything done, just in case Mexico ask for a new one.

Yes I did, it makes sense as they have to open your file to archive the docs, I also read some posts saying that they got their file moving at the second anniversary after getting married and that also apply in our case.
At the end we have to try it everything to get the process rolling.
Thanks

Ok, that’s good, did you benefit from any of the support from the Pre-arrival services offered by IRCC?

We didn't as i most knew what to do hehe but if you are not sure.. it can help but also since most of the elements are provincial in our case it's processed differently so they send you to the provincial gov anyway haha (like Quebec)

We just got a request for a new Police Certificate as the one provided it is expired, it takes close to two month to get this document in Cuba, and at this moment this service is not opened to the public due to COVID 19 restrictions.
