I don’t know if any one of you have the same experience as do I. I checked application status and said Mexico visa office sent medical instruction on feb 4 2020 but my spouse and I haven’t receive any medical instruction by email or mail nothing. I have contacted ircc and Mexico office they refuse to provide information to access few times. My pa is from Guyana and I am from Canada.
Still waiting for medical instruction. Any of you have the same experience ? How can I contact them and requested medical instruction letter ? Please let me know thanks.

Maybe you can call and see if an agent is able to look up at your communications, however im not sure if after the file is transferred to a VO they can access that

I have tried that but it did not get through. I Already contacted Mexico office and ircc in canada they are not able to help me with information.

When they send something it's on gckey nterface as a communication at the bottom (Messages)

Unfortunately I tried to link application to the account through gckey but when I entered Applicant information agin and again and it says no found information.

do you write number of applicants : 2 as in sponsor + PA, is a common mistakes that ppl does

There are only 5 attempts allowed everyday to Link an Application after which the account is locked for 24 hours
1. Press Link application to this Account
2. Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
3. First Name, Last Name & DOB - Fill PA's details here
OR
3. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/paste application number from email (including the F) and enter PA's last name
4. Select one of two options next: Place of Birth or Passport Details
5. Fill PA's info for the option you selected above and not both at the same time
6. Put the Details of the City where the PA plans to reside after getting PR, this info should match with what you put in form IMM0008
7. Put Marital Status as what you put in your application.
8. Put '2' as the number of members in the application for sponsor + spouse (add +1 per dependents)
NOTE: Sometimes putting MARITAL STATUS as SINGLE also works.

Yes I did put 2 as sponsor and applicant. It didn’t work

Sounds more like they don't believe in the genuine of relationship, give them all you can and fast. At least it's moving...

I find that hard to believe after almost 15 months . Everyone is saying it’s a good sign they just want to make sure we are still together and not separated .

Yes 20 tough months! Wasn’t easy trying to get respond from Mexico we had to bug them alottttt every other week! Thanks also!! I’m sure it will go well, I’m so prepared!!!

Our last update from Mexico was medical and then transfer to Trinidad , then we got interview date

Hi, did you get a transfer letter from Mexico? Or you just found out from Trinidad when contacted for interview ?

Gosh that i'm tired to be waiting and waiting for this provincial thing ! All is completed besides it and it's stuck ! I don't know how those office ppl works but seriously it's missing of structure def ! Stupidity to it's maximum. Finally Mexico was ready to finish the thing with AOR2 and approval of eligibility and guess what ? Stuck against another door with Quebec , this process is NOT working at all. Still cases of October 9th that's none sense how they are slowwww and late.

Feel you, like I have said with every one of your posts I have so much anxiety I want this over really can't believe almost 3 weeks and they haven't update again this is a joke seriously, I wish our voices can be listened and make this viral with news !!

I have so much anxiety lately 2 weeks to reach 12 months, back in March 2019 I was optimistic this will be 8-9 months feeling I am going into 13 months is so hard.

Wish we could all get temporary visas to be with our loved ones, will make this easier.
