My husband called CIC in Sidney He was told my file was transferred to Ankara in Turkia which it was pretty strange for us as I am from Cuba. My husban then emailed to Ankara VO in order to clarified the situation. Then, Ankara emailed back telling that there was a error and our case have been transferred to Mexico VO from the moment we had gotten the present email.
We have not received any notification since then. We would like to be sure that our case is actully in Mexico VO.
I will appreciate any help.
thank you
Email Mexico and ask them to confirm MXICOIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca OR mexico-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca or call the call centre back, give them the info and ask them to confirm.

Would you tell me to which e-mail did you send the proof of CSQ? Or how did you sent the proof of CSQ? As you may know I already got the CSQ. I tried to sent it by e-mail, but it was returned to me as undelivered. I sent the CSQ about 10 days ago and there is no movement from VO Mexico. Thank you

You can submit this information via e-mail, it is not necessary to send these documents on paper to our office in Mexico.

***Please do not modify the subject of this email when you submit the requested documents, simply reply to this message.***

E-mail: mexico-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

i did send them a Proof that CSQ was requested the (AOR letter) as they said it was needed and then the official document needs to be there as soon as i get it.

Please submit the CSQ within 60 days. Please be aware that you should submit a proof that you have already requested it within 30 days.

Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.

Hi Kera,

What I know is your CSQ was already forwarded to Mexico, you should have receive 2-3 copies I think one of them goes directly to Mexico to notify them and then is just waiting time again for passport request knowing our case, I would prefer you send them an email just to make sure.

Keep me update it with yours we in the same boat.

Wishing is over soon

Indeed MIFI is supposed to keep Mexico updated as soon as it's done... but yeah i wouldn't take chances and reminding them

Hello everyone,

I am the PA and my husband is the sponsor living in Quebec we are 11 days to reach 11 months into this process, next month is our wedding anniversary, I don't see my husband since November when he last time came to me this process has me all over the place have been the hardest 11 months of my life.

We all know will be difficult but you never expected to be like this, silence of Mexico VO and MIFI is horrible really, I feel in a limbo I can't quit my job in my country yet since we don't know when I will get the "passport request" is hard to plan things really.

I hope this week we all receive good news and we can see things moving.

I feel I can write here because everyone in this forum understands me, trying to explain "why" I haven't left to people is annoying nobody understands what this process really is.

Thank you for reading, we are not alone in this ☺

Living the same horror movie of silence... recently it moved finally (AOR2 Mexico, 4 days BEFORE the Year mark) , but is still not over until CSQ is passed and received. We all having life on stand by... is a tough period.
