How long did the whole process take

Their application was received on Jan. 25/19 in Canada, they just received PPR today, so it will probably take another two to three weeks to get their CoPR back. So pretty much the twelve months!

Does Mexico VO process Costa Rica PR?

Yes, unfortunately! My understanding is that Mexico and London are the busiest Visa offices. Mexico services 9 countries so it's no wonder they are so slow although I think the system should change so that the workload is more evenly distributed.

Just to lift spirits a little, a January 25th, 2019 applicant got their PPR today! -PA is from Costa Rica. Not me unfortunately, but one of the applicants three weeks later than us.
That really does not give me cheer up, it makes me think about all the disaster they have in the VO and how unfair it is that we are still waiting people of 2018.

Sorry, I thought it might help to know that there were some that still made in just under the year.

I understand your frustration and I would feel the same way, unfortunately I can't help you or I would.

My wife and child are both November 2018 applicants and I am happy for everyone on this thread that gets PPR and can move to CANADA . It is a hard road but positive vibes to everyone and support and stories sometimes can be frustrating but number 1 we need all be happy for eachother . Positivity will mean positive for us and our families in time .

It does seem as tho everyone gets updates in batches. So maybe a new batch of updates will come soon.

I thought the same thing...I'm disappointed that mine was submitted before and how unfair that is.
