Counterfoil yesterday and dispatched today got my tracking number fedex. As we had to enclose a prepaid airway bill and return envelope. We will receive 2 business days

My husband said nothing about an envelope. The vac just said when it returned back to SD they would email him. Does that sound right?

Nope from Canada as Cuba had no reliable mailing.

Is it true that in June 2019, quebec has reached their quotas for immigrants, therefore regardless of the date the apps were submitted, none will be reviewed until new year!?

Anyone else received this by email from Mexico? (Note thats not me, im not in QC and my husband has his PR now)

Yes that sounds correct. They take care of everything there.

For spousal ??? WOW I saw in the news it was for economic and refugee streams , but wow spousal too ? There has to be a mistake .... wow I’m in shock
