Yep. In your case, from what you told me, they are awaiting your clearance from respective departments.. as soon as you get that, the file gets requeued. So hold on. And I sent u pvt message yday night.

I don't have any criminal records. In my notes, i have the RCMP NRT and as well as FBI,I think it's only missing the checks from Guatemala. Is it possible that they have already done the criminality just didn't show on the GCMS notes?
Also my pre assessment was done on August 27, do they start the eligibility even when the criminality is not completed?
My MP inquiry from the end of October said that our case had been submitted to an agent for eligibility check. So far still nothing!

Last week I came to Canada.
I had some problems on the flight and even lost my phone... (was a long trip!...) The people of migration have been very kind and now other challenges begin!!!
I already have my SIN and im waiting for my residence card and health card in the nexts months.
I am very grateful to God because I did not see my husband for years and grateful for to those who helped me when I was about to go crazy. Thank you again!

this process takes me 9 months and a half: Full of laughter, anger, sadness and meet fight mates!
