Okay thanks Nara!
I see you were requested to submit photos. Were these updated proof of relationship photos?

Nope, they asked for 5 * 7 CM photos for PA. Did they ask you the same? I dont know if they would ask for update to our relationship status and ask us to submit more pictures etc. Lets see.

That's strange, we didn't get any request for photos. Only for PGR certificate and RPRF fee (and to send receipt to both Mississauga and MXVO email addresses). As well as the IOM orientation information.

I'm guessing next contact will be for updated schedule A and further proof of relationship.

Is updated scheduled A asked for all applicants ?

Yes all applicants were/are asked to supply an Updated Schedule A , at least to cover the time from submission of application till the time of the request , assuming PA covered periods from 18 to the day he/she sent the application .

I'm surprised they didn't ask you to provide one with your PGR !

1) Every application is handled different. If you provided on Schedule A where you've been since the age of 18 till the time you sent out your application, most likely you won't be asked to update it.

2) If you sent your 6 photos upfront with your application, you won't be asked for additional photos upon PGR request, other than the 2 for the Police clearance they need to keep in their records before issuing the police clearance. The 2 additional photos are asked with PPR or COPR request.

3) If you paid your RPRF upfront, you won't be asked for it with PGR request.

Some applications go faster at the beginning than others then slow down as other documents are requested....

Hi nartcr - I have not received my PGR request yet. I have a feeling they're doing a background & divorce check on me since I lived in the USA for years. I provided CIC my FBI PCC as well as my divorce papers, etc. so in these cases, it takes a bit longer for other requests. Maybe when that has cleared, I will get my PGR request. I'll keep you posted...

So guess what?
This day we received an email requesting my husband to go for Medical Exam... His Medical expires December 9/16... So I'm thinking that Mexico is anticipating more wait in this process...
I phoned CIC and they referred me to web form or email Mexico... :-[
