Don't know if all refused refugees are asked for them. I was asked for them. You should request them ahead that way when they ask for them, you have them ready. It's called IRB Decision and they require all the pages. You have to fax them a signed letter requesting the IRB and telling them why you need it and specify that you need the full document(all pages).

Do you think the Mexico City office is on vacation? At least some agents, like the construction holiday here in Quebec. It's been three months and two days from AOR2. I haven't received anything!!!

Don't think so, I emailed them last week and if they were on a construction holiday they would have sent a no reply message notifying me that they are closed. though that would explain the delay with my passport And the fact that I can't log in to Ecase

Quebec in Construction Holiday Not the Canadian embassy in Mexico .
IRB decision is required for all refused refugees and ARC May also be required , RCMP record check is required in some case and it's a painful to wait for it .

I'm going insane here!!!! WHERE IS MY PASSPORT!!!!! It's been over a month now and still nothing. What could be taking so long And the fact that I can't log into Ecase anymore is worrying me also.

Hi Estefania! congratulations on your almost done process!! Not sure why they are taking that long to return your passport. I'm sure the MCVO sends important documents via UPS, FedEx, etc..... Keep us posted...
