I think Mexico should change how this is done! So many people are having problems just to send the passport

Still waiting for passport wich was taken at the interview by July 15, we got the letter to send the pic and
July 17, so we are waiting the passport to come back, Medicals expire in Agust 10, any idea what to do?

It's going to be a month on Thursday since I sent my passport and still nothing When I check the status of my passport it says it's being processed at the MVO(used VFS global, only option right now for Venezuela). Id expect it to be on its way back by now not
Processing still. Has anyone else experienced this delay?

ECAS doesn't show real time status, in fact ECAS is known to show off-synched info for up to 2 months.

VFS Global adds another layer of complexity.

Be patient.

If it is a straight froward application then just be patient. GCMS notes is for people who really need them when they are reapplying, just asking for them "to know" is making their wait longer and giving more work to an already understaffed CIC.

Don't lose faith, we received AOR2 on may 5th, and CIC contacted us today for payment Of Right of Residence fee, I suppose the PPR should come soon ?

We got AOR2 ON May 3, and nothing!!! :(

Question: I'm sponsoring my wife for PR, she recently sent the police certificates and we are waiting for the embassy to ask for her passport. She is visiting me and she is here in Canada with me. In case the Canadian embassy at Mexico ask for her passport, could we send it from Canada and ask the embassy to send it back to Canada. Did anybody have a similar situation? Thank you!

Hey guys , does anyone knows if ecas SHOULD display "medical received " or not necessarily, cause we've got AOR2 on may the 3rd and ecas is showing 3 lines but like this
1 we have receive xx application for PR on DD/mm/yyyy
2 we have sent you mail letting you know
3we have started processing your PR application

But that's it , it doesn't show "medicals received"
Should we be worried about that? And thanks

That's sucks, since it was much more expensive to send through them it would have been a lot cheaper with DHL or Fedex if they were able to do it. And their tracking website is ridiculous. As for Ecase I can't seem to login anymore. Says the info I enter is incorrect which it isn't.

Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone was applying from Chile?

I wanted to have an idea of how long it would take until we get passport request, but haven't seen anyone from there so far.

Also, does anyone know how the Mexico VO works, I guess all the applications from each country are processed separately?

Thanks! :)

Received PGR request today!! Beyond excited!
