So do you think that I've Passed My Interview ?

Yes, I would think so.
They didn't tell you at the end of your interview if you were approved?

No. Visa Officer said that She will make decision within 30 days and E-mail us .. but its over 60 days now but no decision is made yet i sent Inquiry and found that file is undergoing Routine Background checks and CIC is unable to tell me how much time it will take to make decision.

well, my guess is that you are approved. I don't think they would go ahead with background checks if they were going to deny you.
My husband was told he was approved at the end of his interview and his additional background checks took a long time.
my fingers are crossed for some good news for you very soon!

Hey ! It is hard to say, when reviewing other members here who applied through the MCVO and on the google docs, I think we should get DM/PPR within 3 months if your request is as straight forward as mine. (No huge age difference, no kids, no previous marriage, I lived in Guatemala with my wife for 3 years prior to applying, etc..)

What worried me for now is that although the medical paperwork was sent 2-3 months ago, my ECAS is still only showing the the VISA started processing my file on April 29, no "Medical Exam received"

I wouldn't worry too much! I sent my medical with original application and it never said medical recieved until after maybe 8 months of waiting!

Assuming she is in Mexico City, my guess would be "Procuraduría General de la República".

yes she's in Mexico City and she will be going to "Procuraduría General de la República" to get Fingerprints and Police Certificate as requested by the MXVO , but they are asking for another police certificate from Canada as well , I think I will take a copy of the Mexico Police Fingerprints and use it here in Toronto to get her Canadian Police Certificate ( she was here in Canada for few years ) .

Great to know that thers news on your case, one step closer.

hey tanmex good to know you got news but some points to take in consideration
where is your wife living in mexico im from monterrey i also went to PGR to have my finger prints taken and they do the problem was that those finguerprints are for pgr use only . i had a hard time looking for some agency here in mexico to take my fingerprints so i can send them to canada well long story short the perito that took my finger prints he had a RCMP form (i know god´s is good) so thats how i could get that paper
so ihope they have one in mexico city PGR as well and the other point is make sure you bring a letter from the consulate asking for la constancia de datos registrales that way your wife wont waste her time
