Hi everyone! Could you tell me the average processing times?

Well as you can see at the CIC Page its says 17 months, its diferent case to case, its all depends on the your spesific case
meaning if is a routine case or is a non routine case, also depends on the VO AND THE oFICCER, Example the cases for mexico
are takin between 9-12-15 months, depending on the factors that i told you before, now if your case is in Ottawa and you are
american, or western europe or something like that, expect you case will be done in around 4 to 5 months, you can take a look
at the December outland aplicants, and you will find out what im talking about, anyways the best of luck and god bless you.

Guys I had Interview on 09 March 2016 . After interview , almost 2 months are gone but decision is not made yet .. I sent Inquiry and got reply that File is in Routine background checks, what does this means ? What they were doing Before interview , if they start background checks now, Is that Means that I have pass Interview ?

I would say you passed the interview if they said they are doing background checks.
My husband had his interview February 18, and passed, and they did background checks after the interview too. It took almost 7 weeks to get PPR
