Ups wouldn't accept ours :(

really!?

I also think the VAC in Santo Domingo will do it! When my husband was dealing with VAC for his visitor visa, they were sending passports for PR too. I will have him check, hopefully we will be sending passport soon

Indeed, not much movement, my SA and PR are showing "in process" for 3 weeks and I received my letter for SA approval and requesting upfront med at the end of February. My wife passed her med 2 weeks ago, it was submitted through e-online by the doctor. ECAS shows the following since then:

SA
1. We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxx on December 23, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 16, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on February 16, 2016.

PR
1. We received xxxxxxxxx's application for permanent residence on December 23, 2015.

Nice your timeline is going well.. It changed to in process cause it means it has been received by MCVO and is in que.. In 2.5 to 3 months you should be receiving an email stating they started working on the PR application and Ecas will be updated on PR side. have a little patience your application is actually moving fast lol . I wish you a speedy processing.. God Bless

Hello everyone!

I haven't been able to post in a while but I did my landing on Tuesday! We are soo happy it felt like forever but thinking about it it really didn't take that long (It took less time that we had considered) haha.

I did my landing at the border of Point Roberts and it went on pretty smoothly, the next day I got my SIN number and a bank account and immediately went out to look for a job haha.

Good luck to everyone it takes a lot of patience that's for sure but hang in there and soon you'll get PPR.

Cheers
JuanP

Hopefully ! I think it's pretty straight forward, no kids no previous marriage, I lived with her 3 years in Guatemala, sent multiple proves of our family meeting many times in Guatemala or Miami ! I feel confident ! This forum has helped me so much !

im so excited.. yesterday i got an email from the Mexico Visa Office requesting the PGR and finger prints documents.last time they contacted me was February 8th with the AOR 2 and the time went so fast.

im in montreal right now, but im going to mexico to get the PGR stuff done right away. and just wondering, how long it takes for the next step after they recieve the PGR in the VO? is the next step the passport request or interview?

Maybe calling CIC? Did he gave y'all a copy when he finished filling it out online? It hasn't pop up on your Ecas yet?

I called CIC, they said they can't see the info since the file is in Mexico. Nothing showed up on ECAS that's why I was wondering. He did not gave us any papers other than the exam results. He said he submitted the info the same day. Hopefully ECAS gets updated soon and it's just delayed. It was 2 weeks ago, I'll give it a bit more time.

Thanks !
