Thank you, I hope we will be lucky and hear something soon. Wouldn't that be the perfect Valentines Gift :D We haven't heard anything since the AOR2 back in September so I'm hoping they had all the information they needed. I'm thinking I sent too much and it's taking them a long time to read it all :P

One more thing, some one once commented that the PGR request (for Mexican applicants) and the PPR are only emailed to the applicant not the sponsor - is this correct? The AOR2 was emailed to both of us.

Congrats again and Speedy Processing to everyone else!

Absolutely it would be the perfect Valentines gift. I wasn't thinking about it until my husband mentioned it to me last night.
All the emails were sent to my husband (the applicant). His emails get forwarded to my account so that's how I knew when Mexico emailed us.

Ok Mexico VO.. Show us some more goods this week..

Thank you very much for your answer my post. What documents did Mexico ask for? Did they ask for the police report? Did you see any updates on the CIC website (application status) since you received the CSQ? Should the website mention that they received the CSQ?
Thanks again for your time!
Crystal
Hello Crys, I made a mistake on schedule A so they asked me to redo it and they also asked for more proofs of relationship

If I am not mistaken, they will renew the medical exam for another year if your application process is not complete yet.

That depends... We had to re do my husbands medicals.... But I'm guessing it was because we had done them two and a half months before actually sending the application... Big mistake!

Aww, that sucks especially as it is not the easiest of processes. The doctor in Mexico City told my partner that CIC would extend them a year if it wasn't completed by the expiry date and I had read it in a few places as well. I wonder how they decide who has to redo it and who gets extended. Sheeeesh!

Do you mean PPR? And you did not have to redo medical again though it had expired?
