yay! congrads! What does ARC stand for? lol I figured out most of the abbreviations, lol but I dunno what that one is! lol

It's an 'Authorization to Return to Canada.'

Per CIC: "If you have been the subject of a removal order from Canada you will probably need an Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC) if you want to return." For more details see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/inadmissibility/arc.asp).

Did you confirm that they received the Passport ?
Its taking longer than usual but sometimes they are very slow. I would send an e-mail to them. Best wishes !

I don't know if is normal :s maybe you should send an email ! I send mine march 26th 2014 and it got to the embassy march 27th 2014 , I just hope to get back before the 28th because I already have my flight booked !

The DHL tracking number shows as received, but unfortunately we do not have the tracking number for the return. We are a little bit worried at this time but we hope this will arrive this week. Some people of this forum have waited for 3 weeks, probably my wife's case took a bit longer. I will keep you posted.

Yes, but today my wife went to the DHL Offiice and they found this number, it appears that they have not sent anything back. Then, for some reason is taking longer than expected. We are patient, we will keep you posted.

If you still have the ticket dhl gave you when you paid for the first shipping, the return guide number is there too. If not they give you a piece of paper with the first guide (it's like a sticker) it should be there too

Just got a request for re-meds, last time we checked they were still doing background check, wonder if this means they are done know? Just wondering what other people's experiences have been with wait times after redoing medicals?

Just a reminder to those waiting for passport to come back. The letter they send you to request your passport it says they will take 1 to 2 weeks to send it back in case you send the prepaid airway bill. In my case it took 2 weeks and a couple of days.
