Yesterday it was 7 weeks Nothing so far, but I've always assumed that I'd hear something by November, we just gotta wait and see.

I plan to stay another 3 weeks after I get my COPR because I need my termination pay from work. If I knew exactly when I was gonna get my COPR then it wouldn't matter, but we all know that's impossible. lol.

I had posted that we contacted our local MP, since the wait time has now exceeded the expected posted time. When I got home from work today there was a voicemail from his secretary on the phone! We are to call him tomorrow, he says he has an update to the file, lets hope its good news, will post once I know more.

I got my PGR and it confirmed that I´m not a bad citizen hahaha. Just waiting for my husband´s questionnaire and going to DF to get my medicals redone this weekend.

Yes, when they sent me the email saying the letter to request the PGR was on its way they also asked for the sponsor´s questionnaire, the RPRF and new medicals.

I asked for an extension 3 weeks ago but havent heard from them yet so I figured I might as well just get them again.

No need to type - just be neat (so there's no question on serial numbers, etc if they decide to check).

GOOOOOOOD NEWSSSSSSS!!!!! The MP made an inquiry, passport request was issued on October 9th, to the representative, which is the lawyer! No idea though why the freaking lawyer has no forwarded this info to us......they have just received a message from me!!!! Finally, its been a long and sometimes not so patient journey......tears of joy today!

Congrats! From what I've heard, CIC only gives you 15 days to deliver your passport. So you might want to check on that.
