I guess im just getting confused with days since they really vary, seems people are getting their passports back in between 7 and 40 days.
Would appreciate any comments, is any courier faster? hope to be in the fast ones!

When did you send your application? When did you get your sponsor approval? At the bottom of this response you can go to the link indicated there Mexico VO and see all of our TLs.

Right now it is taking 8-10 months from the moment we filed our apps... At that time, first stage was talking about 2 months.

Hi did u pay your right of permanent residence fee in VEF or USD. And if u paid it in VEF how would I make that payment? (Haven't heard anything yet, just preparing for the future)

Finally passport request!!!!! Soo happy! I sent my application on November 12th, 2014.

So now trying to organize papers they asked for.
Hope someone can help me
- They ask for payment of Right of Permanent Residency Fee, i have the Official Receipt for online payment for $1,040dls. This is what i should sent right?

Finally, im trying to look on the spreadsheet, but cant figure it out, how long is taking for people that are in canada like me to get their passport back? Anyone knows?

Last night I almost took you off the spreadsheet cause you haven't been on the forums. Sorry, but glad now I didn't lol. 8)

If you paid $1040 then you've already paid the RPR fee. You should send that receipt and explain it in the letter to them.

My guess is that it won't take much longer than it took us to get your passport back - basically a week - the only difference would be some added time for the courier. I recommend Fed-Ex.

The more you pay the faster, DHL has next day, so does FedEx.

Hello Everyone Happy New Year ....!

We were ask to send more documents a few weeks ago and I was wondering if I can get some ideas.
I was ask for more proof of common-law so far I have.

-credit card under my name (sponsor) and 2nd card under my boyfriend.
-Savings account him showing as Beneficiary.
-Health insurance from work him showing as dependent and Beneficiary of pension plan.
-Mail send to our address in the USA for both, from bank and letters from friends.
-title of our car in the USA with his Address but under my name.
-2 notarize letters from my cousin and a common friend that says they know about our relationship.
-6 letters from friends and family. (not notarize)
-Letter from my boyfriends cousin, where it says we rent a room from her and a copy of her Driver license with same address.
- Some Receives under his name where we pay her rent.
-Lease agreement from the house we rented in El Salvador for a year.
-Cell phone bill with LD calls from me to him for the past 10 month.
-Tickets from the times I have visit him to the USA in the past 8 Month.
-Tickets and Pictures of our family holidays in DEC. ( we visit him with my daughter, I have both tickets)
-Snapshots from Facebook Chat.
-Snapshots from comments from friends on our pictures.
-Snapshot of relationship status on Facebook, and common friends.
-Snapshot from chat with my cousin about a money transfer my boyfriend made that got lost at the bank.
-Copies of money transfer from me to his dad, from him to my mom for my daughter and from me to him.
-Email from us where we are talking about a new apartment I move to and some links for furniture we were discussing.
** They also ask for Intention to re establish in Canada, so I have :
-Copy of leases agreement.
-Employment letter.
** And they also ask for Copy of divorce certificate for me and my boyfriend.
We had I problem with the lawyer that was taking care of this for us he was actually send to jail. So I have the copy of the news paper where it shows he was send to jail and also a letter explaining this and a copy of the new Divorce Demand that is in process.

*** if there is anything else anyone can suggest please do ***

They also ask for my boyfriend FBI Clearance:
I’ve been reading the FBI Clearance Forums and they say until March 9th they were accepting clearance from 3rd party agencies since our application was received on March 3rd do you think they will accept this or should we wait for the one for the FBI?

Hi Ricaldine, and Happy 2016 to all!

Regarding the FBI letter, CIC does not accept one obtained via third party. I initially had sent one obtained that way, and they told me I needed to send an original from the FBI. Unfortunately, it is taking about three months to get one, but you can send the other document with a letter explaining that you have requested it from the FBI.

Our spreadsheet illustrating ongoing approvals and timelines is the best measure of the MCVO processing time performance. I doubt very much that the timelines will change significantly over the coming months.

The Christmas holidays spent with family were very nice. The cold has been somewhat of a difficult adjustment for both of us as it is very hot in Manzanillo all year round. Not that we are more relaxed and "decompressing" from the last few months stresses I think we are both coming down with colds :'( :-\ :-[ :-X

Oh well, We are in Canada right?? lol

by the way they also ask for schedule A updated and they as for 2 specific ones Address and Personal History for 09/2002 should I just send Address and Personal History since 2002 or the complete form. education and blah blah does it mean is all good but only that year is missing ?

Congratulations !!! Can I ask, which date did they ask you for your Police Report (PGR)? I'm just curious as to how long it took between the PGR and PPR. :

I paid in CAD not possible in Bs... However, check out the embassy of Canada in Venezuela, they couldve changed it (but I doubt it)...

i have a question On the personal information part,
where it says status.
My boyfriend was from oct 2014-april 2015 on a Visitor visa
and his visa expire in april, and he is still there out of status so from april to present what status should I use ?? should I live it as visitor from oct2014 to present or should I change him to something else from april to present.
