Hey Chrillian thankyou for your reply,

When I got that Receipt from the Doctor at the upfront medical check in Mexico City I send an e-mail asking where I should send the document. I also had to send the PR photos with this document because I had forgot to send them with the application in the first place. When I found out the adress I send them and the day after I got the AOR2 with my new application number and contacted them back saying that I had send those documents with the sponsorship UCI and what my new application number was but they got back to me saying that they haven't got my file in MVO even though I got that one e-mail saying that they did.

What worries me is that the might have not processed those documents with my file or something like that. What should I do? Should I e-mail them again stating that I have an e-mail saying that they received my file and with a scanned receipt of the medical check?

I would reply to their latest email saying they don't have your file there, and I would attach the AOR2 letter and the medical receipts and ask them to acknowledge when they have matched up your paperwork. I know they ask everyone to be patient, but we still need to make sure they have what they need and that it's in order for when they start working on it.

We are kinda confused and wondering if yall can help us.

What do they mean when they say " We will send you a Permanent Resident Kit that you will need to forward to the family class relative you are sponsoring."

When does the Sponsor be sent this Kit? When they received SA or when PR applicant is approved?

Have you received another communication from CIC or the MCVO that refers to this Permanent resident Kit? I is not something that I am familiar with. Perhaps someone else in this forum is... :-\ :'(

In regards to Jbodden question, that's what you read in eCas in the Decision Made Sponsorship approval description.

In our case, CIC did not send us any kit. They just sent us the AOR2 and after a month and so they requested the RFPR.

Thank you for your replies in my questions about the police background request.

I got an email 2 hours ago requesting my Mexican police background letter. I am very excited because it means we are getting closer to the end. They didnt request anything more so that is great. Because I am recently in Canada, I am debating between sending all the documents to the embassy and letting them ask for the police background in my behalf or sending all the documents to my mom in Mexico so she can get the PGR in my behalf and then translate it to English and then send it to the embassy in Mexico city. I have heard that letting the embassy ask for the document in my behalf takes a long time is that true?

I am very excited, I hope people who have a similar timetable as me get good news soon!
