just when you need to bribe one lol ... hopefully they're not too strict. I guess 10.30 is the time limit to drop off documents?

I was reading the Mexico visa office information on the CIC site and I noticed this...

Responsible for Permanent Resident Applications from:
Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, ALL permanent resident applications
(Includes economic immigration and family sponsorship)

Im pretty sure it didnt say that last time I checked, did anyone notice this before? I'm just curious if this is a new thing and it means the times will jump up to crazy months like the Guatemala VO.... off topic, just curious

Yes I remember seeing that. They help with other countries. I am pretty sure it is not new.

Applications currently at the office in Guatemala City will continue to be processed at that office. Applicants will be informed if their application is transferred to Mexico City.

So it is new... hmmm probably not good news for processing times. I'm guessing more budget cuts and they will be closing the Guatemala office sometime in the future

No visa today He didn't make it until 11am, and they were not flexible! They did say they would call his cell phone if anything changed. So there's a sliver of hope.

If he's around Mexico this afternoon (2 or 3ish) have him swing by just in case they have it but didn't call him back. Fingers crossed for him that they are able to still do it today

Got the PGR today so yay! If everything goes well with the SSP the embassy will have our docs by the end of the week, crossing fingers..

grrrrr.....TSB.....mexico transit is just like cuba transit.......can he go this afternoon or first thing again tomorrow????
