Well, I think it was supposed to go from Mississauge to Havana, but then the Havana embassy closed so it went to Mexico. When we got the interview notice in October we had a choice between between Mexico City or Port of Spain. Cubans have a VERY hard time getting a Mexican visa because of the way they set up the system, so we picked the non-VISA country - which was Trinidad and Tobago. I really hope this is the end of it all for us! Crazy.

Omg.. 4 months from when you were told you need the interview until you got a date?? And then another 5 weeks for the actual interview. That's insane
. I seriously hope that won't be that same for us. I haven't even got the official notification from Mexico yet and we're 16 months in.Yep - that's what it was. Like everyone is saying...it seems to be an 18 month process now.

(and they don't even have a case yet)
