No need to get antsy after only a few months. You're barely into the ordeal. If you hope that Mexico City works fast then you are likely in for a rude shock. But who knows, you may win the lottery.

Just out of curiosity - for those who have recently sent their passport to Mexico VO to get the visa issued - how long did it take for you to receive the passport back?

I am not quite at this stage yet (July 2018 applicant).. but i was just hoping for some info

All depends which country I suppose . I know my husbands country (Dominican Republic) it’s sent through the vac and usually 10-20 business days . But you never know with Mexico haha

Honestly I think this is exactly the case , because according to my notes it’s in progress . Could also be part of eligibilty as well . I have given up trying to understand lol. I am getting antsy though lol
