Happy to report after 11.5 long months (sept 2016 applicant) my husband was approved today through mycic! I was wondering if anyone could say the time it takes to get the PPR email now.

got my second round of notes. eligibility is still in progress, security is not started and criminality is in progress. application assignment is assigned to someone else with a date of 8/31/2017. eligibility assessment status is still review required... with a due date of 3/28/2018... hoping to hear something from IRCC soon... what do you all think? still no mention of any interview being required... anyone have any input?

Hello everyone,

I just received my notes, I didnt get the information I was expecting, maybe I didnt do my request in the propper way, instead of sending me information about the status of my application they sent me a complete copy of the application, supporting documents and correspondence sent to and/or from IRCC in a CD. it took them 2 months to send me this info.

I feel desappointied about it. I guess I have to reorder it again.

can someone show me what is the right way to resquest them again, in order to se my status...

I believe there are two options in the request form, towards the end - one requests the application and the other GCMS notes.

You need to chill. This is a PUBLIC forum where people are free to say what they want to whatever post they want. It doesnt matter who you asked the question too. Anyone can answer any question. Dont like it dont read it. If you want a direct answer i suggest you dm people not post in a public place. Not everyone is going to give you the roses and tulips answers youre seeking. Simple. There is absolutely nothing wrong, offensive or rude in my comment. If youre concerned about your application order your notes. Youll get answers there from the horses mouth.

Well just an update on my MP. So when I called she said give her about 7 days. It's been 2 and a half weeks and nothing. I called Tuesday and yesterday and left a message but no return phone call either.

Happy to report that my Wife got PPR on Friday. I'm actually visiting her in Honduras now and it arrived same day I did. What are the odds.
ECAS today says Decision Made on Friday it did not but haven't checked it until today.
MYCIC shows:
Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Help
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam. Help
Review of additional documents We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details. Help
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Help
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

We sent the passports today with DHL with a pre-paid return envelop which they let us know would arrive on Thursday.

I'll update once we get COPR. Looking like a 10 month processing for us if all goes well and can get her to arrive beginning of October.
