Agent told me that in my case it was started , just not security and eligibility but Criminality was passed and completed.

Eligibility has been in progress since the beginning , nothing else lol

and that is....even if gckey is saying is started , is not at all in reality.. in your case probably as you are transferred to Mexico since a while ago.

Yes it shows Mexico doing the eligibility as it’s with case analyst for review since April 2019 lol. Notes do not indicate background started but I suspect it’s done , as my husband has no criminal record and has never left his barrio let alone the island lol.
I have no ideas anymore except the obvious , Mexico is overwhelmed and things are falling behind .
Hoping this is done soon, for everyone waiting

what!!! woh... now that's none sense. i would be curious to see in your spreadSheet if ALL have been transferred then.

I kind of wonder how they can say that the application gonna be completed by 4 months from October 1st 2019 when you are not even sent to VO yet.

na i know you are, but you say that since April 2019 you got no news .... so that imply that you've been transferred beforehand. So if they are't even able to finish those cases , how can they claim that is gonna be done on time for all the 2019's

Yep I was transferred in March 2019 , additional docs requested April 2019 and silence . We hit our 1 year on sept 12 . Last email was Saturday stating they are still processing , need nothing else and to keep correspondence to a minimum

So ... that confirm my doubts.i really hope for a fast transfer and processing but ... not that counting on it.

Heard tons of horror stories about Mexico vo *sigh*. Lost application (yeah.. they are even able to do that, forgotten ones for no reasons, in the dust for months. Those are just a few examples. Doesn't mean yours is in those but... having my doubts.

I just email every other week to follow up . This way I pray we don’t get lost in the shuffle . It’s been a brutal wait , but hopefully there will be a light at the end shortly
