Hey everybody, so here's my timeline
Sponsoring husband from Dominican Republic, app received sept 1 2017
S.a approval early October
Schedule a request October 26 and sent October 28
Medical requested October 27 , and approved Nov 2
Mexico started processing January 29 2018
Now nothing, no police certificate request, no csq request , I'm in Montreal, just a little curious how come they started processing without csq, because normally from what my lawyer said and what I found online, nothing gets processed without csq,
Anybody from Montreal, q.c can shed a bit of light here?

Thnx
