Has anyone seen ANY activity out of Mexico VO lately? They've gone quiet.

Got some news today from Mexico.

No surprise to see that not a lot has happened in terms of application processing, but at least they reacted to the webform.

Thats nice. Did they send the "do you still want to immigrate... " email or did they ask you to re-do your medicals? Or what did they say?

They just let me know that my file is (still) "pending to be reviewed by an officer for an eligibility decision".

I obtained SA on September 10, 2021, and they say that our file was transferred to VO Mexico.

Do you know how this VO works, is this office fast?

This is one on the slowest VO's. However since your spouse is from the DR and not Cuba you may be in luck

I am also in the same situation as you guys, waiting for police checks/medical for my mother. They received my file in May 2020.

I did write to them asking for an update in Oct 2021 but have not heard back. I wonder if they are even open now, considering the spread of Omicron?
It's so frustrating.
