I had a RR as well October 2020. We got notes in August 2021 and it showed the application was frozen since then. This is the first update we've had since 2020

You mind sharing what your RR was for? Mine was for a prev employment letter not stating duties or full time employment. Getting a hold of that HR department was futile during this pandemic so I got a colleague who was in a higher position to write a letter on the organisation's letter head. I am just hoping that works because it was affecting my CRS points.
 
Omg, same!! It was affecting our score so we had a supervisor write an additional letter and we submitted it as well. Ours was from a govt office so you know how that goes.

State agency here as well... so boy do I know your pain lol.

Hi,

Has anybody contacted the Mexico VO lately and how long did it get to receive a meaningful reply ?

I contacted them to get an update on my application that is 20 months old (estimated processing time as per IRCC website is now 18 months).
