Mexican police check - what to do after requesting it?

Hello,

I have applied to EE under the CEC class and they are now requesting my mexican police check.

When submitting my EE application after ITA, I had included all the documents proving that I had asked for the Mexican police check already, but they are still requesting it on my Mycic profile. They ave me 60 days.

I have submitted a new request for a new Mexican record now and emailed the embassy. They told me they recived it and wrote: Results will be sent to the office in charge of your application directly.
But I still need to upload something in my Mycic profile. What do you guys suggest? Will I ever receive this police check or not at all?

You won't receive this PCC, as stated it will be sent directly to your VO.

Ok thank you, I guess I have to upload a letter in my Mycic saying that I have requested it and that they will receive it directly?
