Hello,
This has probably been asked before..

My husband is in the USA and applied for "Informes de datos registrales" two months ago and I am just wondering from other's previous experiences how long does it usually take, and if they send it directly to the visa office or to his address.
We have emailed them in Mexico and emailed CPP but we haven't received any type of response so I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar.
The waiting is annoying since we don't know what is going on and is also the last thing we need to finalize our application.

thanks :)

It tooks us about 2 or 2 months get it as well. My wife was in Canada at the time we applied. Also remember that the strike might be causing a slow down. They never told us that they had gotten it. The next step will be PPR.

THanks :)
So they do send it directly to the Visa office then?? ok.. We wait then..
We already got PPR that was also part of it.. but we requested it before to get ahead yet we still waiting. Hope to hear something from them soon.

Yes they send it directly to the visa office. If they have requested your passport your done, well part from lasting.

That is good to know.. I was just confused because they asked us to send the passport copies with the Mexican police certificate.. so we just emailed them saying here are the passport copies and we sent the request for the mexican police certificate 2 months ago... have you received it yet...
But we haven't heard a response... so hopefully something will happen in the next few weeks :)
