Met the CRS cut off but NO ITA received ??

Guys, I know a few people who have scored much more than the CRS cut off but have not received ITA yet.

Any idea what could be the reason?

I mean, the only qualification to get ITA is to make enough CRS points, right?

You also need to register at the job bank and your job bank should be active when the draw takes place. If you modify your profile, it may take up to 24 hours for it to become active again and if the draw happens during that time, you may not receive an ITA.

Once your register for the job bank and fill all the necessary information, there will be a button "Activate". Just click on it and it should be active. Once it is active, do not modify the job bank and if you do so, make sure to activate it again.

Also, you can check your express entry profile and it should say something about your job bank being active.
