Met Cut-off / still did not receive ITA.

Hello Guys,

I submitted my Express Entry Profile last night around 1pm central time and the status was submitted as of 1:15pm central time.
MY CRS score with my accompanying common law was 469 in CEC category, there was a draw today at around 7:15 AM central time. However, I have not yet received the invitation.

I have two direct questions-
How long does it take to get the ITA?
Is my profile being considered under this round?
