message to Indian specifically on PCC

I have applied my application with PCC from my home state where my passport has been issued. Since I am working in different state for the past one year i could not get the pcc from local police as i dont have any government documents on my name for that state. What will happen in this scenario now ?

i live in europe..can i apply pcc from psk...i have to travel 300km far to indian embassy in case of applying from indian consulate which will take 20 days.please advice.

Since you are residing outside of India, it is recommended to obtain your PCC from the Indian Consulate/Embassy based in your current country of residence.
If you are on a vacation in India, then you can obtain it from PSK, provided that you attach a LOE stating that you obtained it during your vacation in India.
 
My older passport expired in 2008 when I was 17. No visa or travel stamps.
It carries address A .
New was issued in May 2015.
Which carries address B. I have been living at address B since I was 14.
Will PCC from nearest PSK of my current address B work or it will get rejected ?

PCC from PSK is provided in a format which is accepted by CIC. It does not mention any address or dates.
One PCC is required for one country.
 
as per CIC site they have clearLy mentioned if u r living in delhi u can apply through delhi police website, district police station and psk. For Punjab u can apply local policemen SSP for other state u can apply through psk.
 
If someone submits a wrong pcc, does he gets rejected right away or he have to wait for whole processing time? Mine was from commisioner's office ???

Dont panic yet!!! Is your pcc address/time bound?

Usually cic will reject within a month if they find an incomplete or missing pcc.

Thanks for replaying Stanger, yes my pcc do show my indian address. not sure what you mean by time bound. I got AOR on 28th Oct.

Time bound would be when they mention the dates, as in, stayed at xyz address from xxxx to xxxx dates and their are no criminal records against him/her during the stay at above address. What does your pcc states?
 
yeah mine says the same thing " stayed at xyz address from xxxx to xxxx dates and their are no criminal records against him/her during the stay at above address" but i only had 1 address back home.

Hi all,

Urgent help needed.

I'm trying to apply PCC application online through PSK.

it is giving me this error -
You have registered under RPO Chandigarh but your present residential address lies within the jurisdiction of RPO Delhi. The registration and present residential address should be with the same RPO.

I am working in Delhi from the last 1 year, however my permanent address is of Chandigarh.

How do i address this issue?
 
Your address is what is on pp. So register your account with same address if it asks one.
