Good evening good people I just received an email from the Canadian embassy in South Africa that I must give them the reasons why I want to do the short course in Canada while the same course is available in local. Any advice please

Good evening good people I applied for a visitor's visa to do a 5 days course I submitted my application on the 5th August and have Biometric done same day but my status say submitted since, does that mean they haven't start to process my application? Any advice please

And now you cannot answer the visa officer’s question of why?

I’m going to be blunt, you will overstay, it is too obvious.
