Hey there, I would be interested to chat with you as it seems we are in the same boat of needing an Afghan PCC.. Have you made any progress? Have you had any success with providing proofs and an LoE to Canada immigration? The embassy is a dead end and having to try and work contacts in Kabul is proving to be expensive..

If you have submitted an LoE and it has been accepted by CIC then you only have to sit back and relax.

We cannot expedite this situation. They follow their own pace...which is not very prompt in such cases.

Is there a format for an LoE? What forms of evidence did you provide and how long did it take for them to approve it? I am still waiting on one last attempt result from contacts in Kabul before I submit an LoE

Loe is case specific and won't have a format. I tried to include all emails and receipts I could arrange to show my efforts in the direction of acquiring this miserable PCC. After you submit it...then the wait also would depend on their workload I guess. They looked at mine after three weeks I think.
