Hello. I'm a newbie here and would like to ask a few questions before I go to Mercan to apply.
1. Do I need to have the complete COE's from all of my employers before I send my resume or I can send it now and process the requirements while waiting for interviews, etc.
2. I heard before (several of my colleagues are in Canada now) that they require the authenticated COE? Does this mean that I need a notarized one? Also, one of my previous employers have been bought out and no way can I contact them. Any idea on what step for this?
3. Should I include in my resume ALL my previous jobs? Or can I just list down from 10 years (starting at 2003) to present?
4. May I send my resume thru their website or do I have to personally go to their office?
Also, what does TWP mean?
Thank you in advance for all the answers! Good luck to everyone.

1. No need to complete your COE's while pursuing your application.. chrisjbond007 is right, best thing you can do is to go personally in mercan. they will entertain you specially if you are currently on a managerial position.
2. Original COE's are required, no need to notarize. if COE's are not complete then you are required to file an affidavit stating your work and company details, indicate why you lost your previous COE.
3. You should include all your previous job in your resume specially those who appears in SSS record.
4. Sending resume in their website will take more time for them to call you, since they are busy with the walk in applicants. my advice is, go personally and bring all your original documents and passport. the early you complete the requirements, the early they will process your application..
PS:
are you currently employed? what position?
Thanks! God Bless!
