MEP from passed to do not need

Is it normal for the status to say you have passed the medical exam and then change to you no longer need a medical test. My uci number has changed and progress bar shows 4 months and adr was asked form A personalhistory I have submitted the same. Please help

no I did it in October 2018 it’s been 2 months. Aor is Nov 23rd. I had done it in earlier EE and then withdrew the profile created new EE and received a new ITS again.
