Admission decision is usually made for graduate programs after the application deadline except from some few graduate programs

I actually did apply for a graduate program which the deadline is on the 15th of this month. I hope they make their admission decision quickly enough in order to apply for my visa since the program is commencing on the 3rd of Jan
