Please inform me coz me it still displays that "It's Complete and Ready for Review"

In my case the status changed in the morning (NL time) and got the the acceptance email in the evening (NL time). So I guess you'll have to wait till their day's end. If not just wait for a day or two. Nervous moments I know. :-X
