Take IELTS again and get at least 6.5 in each of the four test categories.

Gurmant: I have seen cases on 5.5 in one and 6.5 overall and you can get offer letter from UWindsor and Concordia for sure. but can't guarantee the visa from embassy. Share your complete profile and IELTS Score.

Hi Gurmant, you can try for Concordia with this IELTS score. One of my students got the admission with the same score for Sep'15 and got the visa too. But this is not a guarantee that you will get the offer for sure. It depends on the availability of seats and the faculty. You should take some backup option as a college pg diploma/ graduate certificate.

It is always advisable to reappear for IELTS.
