Meidcal Forms Recieved.... New police certificates from PAKISTAN X2 ??

thanks God i have recieved Medcial forms.
they have written to send Police character certificate Police X-2 forms.

now please guide me should i send ploice certificate from City, where i currently reside only OR also include certificates from punjab ( domicile ) , where i born ?

where ever you lived more than 6 months you need to provide police clearance certificate.

Police certificates are country specific not the city or province specific. if you lived in only one country, then only send one police certificate from the city where you are currently residing.

i case if he lived 1 year in Faisalabad and 1 year in Islamabad then he need to certificates

You need to provide PCC by country level and not city level ( you can take any one PCC from any city and submit it)

PCC is required for Primary Applicant + Spouse + Dependants over 18 yrs

MM2 your concern is right because when you get police certificate from Lahore.......it show only for Lahore Division fine and in other countries their database is online and one is enough and interestingly PPC from Pakistan of one City where living currently is acceptable and London Visa office understand it as Online ......although its not like that

I have recieved Medical forms and now a days preparing other documents (Police verification ).

We are expecting baby ( Inshallah) in coming September.

I shall be thankful if u may guide that should i inform CIC / canadian immigration OR inform them after birth ( after birth time will be limited )

Congratulations dear, being a papapapa.
when u will go to doctor for medical, they will guide you, it depends upon pregnancy time, u dont worry, they will do the necessary things, otherwise they will hold partial medical for your wife and u have to complete after delivery.
after delivery you must have to speed up baby date of birth certificate, Passport and immediately mail with photo to VO they will issue additional medical for the baby and include baby in the your file.
although this will delay your application but stil it is goooood to have a baby.
