I paid RPRF through demand draft (DD) issued by my Bank (HSBC). There is no proof, i just sent the DD to LVO with a cover letter mentioning the purpose and number of DD with my name and file number written on the back of DD.

I think you should inform LVO. Just send them new travel information form with all the travels via email attachment and explain in the email why u r sending this form. IMHO it will not impact your case
