Meeting minimum requirements on CIC site, yet ineligible in Assesment tool

Hi,

I am thinking about posting an expression of interest as I appear to meet the minimum requirements on CIC site [cannot post link]
yet appear ineligible in in Come to Canada tool here: [cannot post link]
After filling the form with these inputs:

- Language (Native),
- Job experience B skill (3+ years)
- Funds (+18K)
- Education (Bachelor 3+ years)
- Age: 43
- Family (2)

I get this result:

Based on your answers, you do not appear to be eligible for Express Entry (No further explanation)

What is even more strange and confusing is that it still spits out the personal reference code to apply like LPXXXXXXXXXXX.


Could anyone help me understand what is the reason that while meeting minimum requirement to apply, I get the message that I do not. Is the tool not working or something?

It seems like I have it.
Btw does each province have the same pass score?

I don't think you meet the 67 points requirement on the FSW grid:
- Language (Native), : 24 (Assuming CLB9+ language level)
- Job experience B skill (3+ years) : 11 points for 3+ years ( - note that you can get a maximum of 15 points here if you possess 6+ years of work experience)
- Funds (+18K) : No points here
- Education (Bachelor 3+ years) : 21 points for a 3+ year bachelor study
- Age: 43 : 4 points
- Family (2) : You'll get more points under 'Adaptability' if your spouse has CLB 4+ language skills, and/or has studied or worked in Canada before. You will also get points if you have relatives in Canada

This adds up to 60 points. Check the other factors too.

Thank you very much. This clarifies it indeed.

Guess I should be looking for immigration opportunities elsewhere.
