Cic would consider only 30hrs per week for a week of 52 or equal amount of part time.Thank you for your response.
I worked 42-44 hours per week. Soo my total hours are well above 1560 hours. Also, I have all the Paystubs, T4 and NOA to support the claim.
Am I good to accept the ITA?

The Rule states that you should meet the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of getting ITA or at least when you submit the documents after accepting ITA(APR). If neither of the conditions aren’t met the profile will be rejected.Thank you again for the reply!
Yes I am aware of it! My only doubt is that I am completing my 52 week period mark at the time I received my ITA(16th April) and not at the time my express entry profile was submitted (26th March).
Hey Chihu - Did you get you PR yet? I wanted to ask a question. I received an ITA. I have worked for 2 years in canada - First job: I worked as an accounting assistant for a year (NOC 1311 duties), Second Job: Accounts Payable Specialist ( NOC 1311 duties), Treasury Clerk (NOC 1311 duties). They say the job title doesnt match but a lawyer told me it does matter! So confused..thinking of just taking a risk and applyingThe Rule states that you should meet the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of getting ITA or at least when you submit the documents after accepting ITA(APR). Following on this. I my self have different job titles in accounting, but chose NOC 1311 for all as my duties fall under NOC 1311. I really hope titles doesn't matter. I have an ITA already but didn't submit my application yet.Hey Chihu - Did you get you PR yet? I wanted to ask a question. I received an ITA. Hi All,
I will complete one year in Canada by August 3rd. I think system will give points for experience in Canada by July3rd. With current trend, I may get invitation by July3rd. Now I am really in confusion state to update my profile or not and accept the ITA and submit e-APR after August 3rd. Please suggest if I need to wait till Aug 3rd or accept ITA in July? Experts, please suggest. Thanks in advance.

TBH they will only calculate 30hrs per week max for any programs CEC or FSW. So please make sure to add up 30hrs per week until it makes up 1560hrs. All the best!!Thank you for your response.

I got my eligibility approved, criminality and background check passed so far. Have added spouse so waiting for some documents from spouse.@Chichu456 hi chichu did you finally get your pr while you got your ita 2 weeks sooner than your work experience completion?
TBH that’s a question to be answered by any experts. Sorry!!Hi fellows,
I have question should I accept ITA or NO due to lack of 3 hours.
I started working 3rd july 2019 since then till 31st may 2020 worked with organization A 45 weeks
42 weeks more than 30 hours so that will be 42*30=1260
and week 43=17 hrs
week 44=24 hrs
week 45=16 hrs
17+24+16=57 hrs
from 1st june 2020 till date organization B 8 weeks so hours will be 8*30=240
so total hours I worked--> 1200+57+240=1557 hours
Will hours worked less than 30/week(57hours) will be considered or no
